A message dated March 28, 2007, was read stating the Governor                                                                   
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 18(FIN)                                                                                 
    "An Act amending the functions and powers of the Alaska                                                                     
    Commission on Postsecondary Education; and relating to the                                                                  
    repayment provisions for medical education and postsecondary
